Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Impact Analyst to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of charitable programs. Working fully from home, you will translate data into actionable insights guiding strategy and outcomes.

Requirements include a Master’s in a quantitative field and 4+ years in data analysis or impact measurement, with strong skills in R, SPSS, Stata, Tableau, and Power BI. This remote role supports national-scale impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years in data analysis, research, or impact measurement, preferably in non-profit.
• Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing and managing databases.
• Strong organizational skills for remote work.
• Genuine interest in social impact.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement frameworks for measuring program impact and effectiveness.
• Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from programs.
• Develop and maintain databases and reporting systems for impact tracking.
• Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify trends and insights to inform program improvements and strategy.
• Conduct baseline studies and impact evaluations for initiatives.
• Collaborate with program teams to align data collection with goals.
• Stay updated on best practices in impact measurement and SROI.
• Provide recommendations to enhance program delivery from analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality throughout analysis.
