Placements24 client, a leading international non-profit, seeks an experienced Remote Impact Measurement Specialist to design, implement, and refine systems that track and report the impact of global initiatives. This role offers full remote work within South Africa and a chance to influence program effectiveness with data.

You will work with MEAL frameworks such as TOC, Logic Models, and SROI, analyze data, prepare donor reports, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field with strong analysis focus.
• Minimum 5 years in MEAL, evaluation, monitoring and learning.
• Experience designing complex evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
• Understanding TOC, Logic Models, and SROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with international development and humanitarian aid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement impact measurement strategies and frameworks.
• Develop and refine data collection tools and methodologies.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess outcomes.
• Prepare impact reports, case studies, and donor presentations.
• Provide technical guidance and training on MEAL to staff.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate MEAL into projects.
• Stay updated on MEAL trends and maintain databases for tracking data.
• Identify KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
