Placements24 is seeking an analytical Impact Measurement Analyst to lead the measurement and evaluation of social impact for a data-driven nonprofit. This remote role requires designing frameworks, developing data collection methods, and translating findings into actionable insights for program improvement.

You will work with diverse teams to ensure data quality, utilize R, SPSS, Stata, and BI tools, and communicate complex results clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related quantitative field.
• 4–6+ years in impact measurement, program evaluation, data analysis, or research.
• Experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement frameworks for measuring social impact across programs.
• Develop data collection tools and methodologies (surveys, interviews, databases).
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess outcomes and impact.
• Interpret data and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for program improvement based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate data collection into activities.
• Maintain data integrity and ethical handling of sensitive information.
