• Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in impact measurement, M&E within the non-profit or development sector.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and data analysis.
• Strong skills with data visualization tools and statistical software (R, SPSS, Stata, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities; able to convey insights clearly.
• Experience with surveys and data-collection platforms (SurveyMonkey, KoboToolbox).
