Placements24 is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to support our remote workforce across Centurion and beyond. You will lead employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance while partnering with leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.

This remote role requires a Master’s degree in HR or a related field, 7+ years HR experience with at least 2 in senior roles, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior specialist or generalist role.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Experience working in a remote-first or hybrid organization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for virtual interaction.
