Placements24 is seeking a Graduate Trainee HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team on a fully remote basis. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HRIS records, and general administrative tasks, with mentorship and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic HR principles and employment law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing correspondence and reports.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
