Qualifications

• A recent degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for new and departing employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Help organize HR events and training sessions.
• Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
