Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews for qualifications and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Build a robust talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
