Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote HR Specialist to join its distributed team. You will support our global workforce, ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and managing HR operations from a remote setting.

You will develop and implement HR initiatives across jurisdictions, oversee onboarding/offboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits, and leverage HRIS and technology to streamline processes in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications
