Placements24 is seeking a specialized and experienced HR Specialist to join their remote-first team. This role focuses on a specific HR domain, such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, or employee relations, to deliver expert support across the organization.

Based remotely from Benoni, you will lead HR projects, develop policies, advise managers, analyze data, and facilitate training while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications
