We seek a tech-savvy HR Operations Specialist to support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and training, and to optimize HR processes with AI and automation. This independent contractor role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 2+ years HR ops experience for US companies, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English with proactive communication.
• Autonomous, proactive in a fully remote environment.
• 2+ years HR operations experience for a US-based company.
• Experience using monday.com and Rippling.
• Experience creating SOPs or process materials.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and process efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Support onboarding and ensure new hires are set up with the tech stack within their first week.
• Assist with HR document, process and compliance audits and track required documentation and training.
• Follow up with employees and managers on outstanding compliance items.
• Maintain accurate HR records in Rippling and other HR systems.
• Support sourcing for open roles, candidate outreach, and interviews alongside hiring managers.
• Help manage candidate pipelines and provide updates to managers.
• Assist with background checks and credential verification.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, SOPs, and learning resources.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows using automation and AI tools.
