Placements24 is recruiting a strategic Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize pricing and inventory across properties. The role is remote, supporting the Kimberley region with forecasting, market analysis and dynamic pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and operations, utilize revenue management tools and present KPI reports including ADR and RevPAR. The ideal candidate has proven hotel RM experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
• Deep knowledge of pricing, distribution channels, and reservations systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies and pricing controls.
• Forecast demand using historical data, market trends, and events.
• Analyze competitor pricing and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to align revenue goals.
• Prepare KPI reports including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
