Placements24 is recruiting a strategic Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize pricing and inventory across properties. The role is remote, supporting the Kimberley region with forecasting, market analysis and dynamic pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and operations, utilize revenue management tools and present KPI reports including ADR and RevPAR. The ideal candidate has proven hotel RM experience and strong analytical skills.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize pricing and inventory strategies for their properties, operating remotely to serve the Kimberley region. You will be responsible for forecasting demand, analyzing market trends, and implementing dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record in revenue management within the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies, including pricing, inventory controls, and distribution channel management.
• Forecast future demand based on historical data, market intelligence, and upcoming events.
• Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, including occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
• Utilize revenue management systems and tools to identify opportunities and drive profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management , preferably in a similar role or capacity.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
• Proficiency with revenue management software, PMS, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively from a remote setting .
