Placements24 is seeking a forward-thinking Remote Hotel Operations Manager to oversee hotel operations from a distance across their portfolio. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage senior leaders remotely to maintain brand standards.

You will leverage technology to drive efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability, travel to properties as needed, and contribute to a pioneering approach in hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hotel management with senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing remote teams or operations is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid financial acumen including budgeting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned hotels, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.
• Manage and mentor hotel general managers and staff remotely, providing guidance and feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, efficiency and revenue.
• Monitor KPIs and financial reports, identify trends and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Utilize remote management tools and technology to supervise and coordinate hotel activities.
