Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hotel management with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned hotels, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.

You will leverage technology and remote management tools to drive efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned hotels, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
• Manage and mentor hotel general managers and staff remotely, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Utilize remote management tools and technology to effectively supervise and coordinate hotel activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role (e.g., General Manager, Operations Director).
