Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a creative Remote Instructional Designer to develop engaging online learning experiences. This fully remote role invites you to translate complex subject matter into effective, user-friendly digital modules, courses, and materials for a global audience.

You'll apply adult learning principles, work with SMEs, design assessments, and create multimedia content while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing online learning content.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance.
• Excellent visual design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, modules, and training materials using various authoring tools and multimedia technologies.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and measurable learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content, ensure accuracy, and integrate it into learning solutions.
• Develop assessment strategies, including quizzes, tests, and interactive exercises, to evaluate learner comprehension and retention.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to enhance learning experiences.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
