Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years in instructional design for higher education or online learning.
- Proficient with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Moodle and Canvas.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories, online pedagogy, and UDL.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop online course content and modules for university programs.
- Collaborate with faculty to translate subject matter into interactive online experiences.
- Create multimedia assets including video scripts, simulations, and assessments.
- Apply best practices in instructional design, learning technologies, and accessibility.
- Manage multiple course development projects with timely delivery and quality.
