Placements24 is seeking an Algorithmic Trader for a remote-first position within South Africa. You will design, develop, backtest, and deploy high-frequency trading strategies across asset classes, leveraging state-of-the-art technology.

Ideal candidates hold an MS or PhD in a quantitative field, have 3+ years in algorithmic trading or research, and are proficient in Python, C++, or Java with strong data-analysis capabilities. Remote work offers autonomy and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications
