Placements24 is seeking a Lead Algorithmic Trader to architect and drive quantitative trading strategies in a fully remote role. You will design, backtest, deploy, and monitor high-frequency algorithms while collaborating with a world-class team of quants, developers, and researchers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in algorithmic trading, holds an advanced degree, and excels in C++, Python, and ML applications to trading.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in algorithmic trading or low-latency systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Strong knowledge of market microstructure and ML techniques.
• Proven track record in developing profitable trading algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and backtest high-frequency trading algorithms.
• Analyze real-time market data to identify opportunities and execute strategies.
