Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, attract and engage exceptional talent across six practices, Head Office functions and future acquisitions.
• Build talent pipelines before vacancies arise.
• Maintain consistent candidate flow across clinical, operational and support functions.
• Support the reduction of agency dependency through proactive direct sourcing.
• Conduct talent mapping and CRM campaign management.
• Carry out direct sourcing activities.
• Engage passive candidates who are not actively searching for new opportunities.
• Gather and provide market intelligence.
• Build and maintain talent pools and manage CRM campaigns.
• Partner with the Recruitment Manager and Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality shortlists.
