Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Candidate Sourcer to identify and engage top talent across industries, building robust pipelines for clients' needs from anywhere in South Africa. You will use advanced sourcing techniques and digital platforms to uncover candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.

This fully remote role offers the flexibility to contribute from anywhere in SA while collaborating with a results-driven consultancy and Recruitment Consultants to meet

Qualifications

• Proven sourcing experience in recruitment agencies or RPO.
• Proficient with sourcing tools and social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches.
• Comfortable working remotely and using ATS.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates using advanced techniques.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Engage candidates via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates for initial qualifications and interest.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to forge target profiles.
• Maintain accurate sourcing activity records in the CRM/ATS.
