The ideal candidate has 4+ years in healthcare recruitment, strong candidate engagement, and excellent communication and networking skills.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in healthcare recruitment or medical staffing.
• Experience placing doctors, nurses and allied health professionals.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Manage full spectrum of healthcare recruitment from vacancy brief to placement and onboarding.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for qualified healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics and healthcare leaders.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate fit for roles.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
