Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Head of Client Operations to own post-sale client delivery, campaign performance, and retention. You’ll manage 20–30 active client relationships, troubleshoot cold email campaigns, and work directly with founders, the outreach team, and developers.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role focused on client outcomes, campaign performance, and scalable operational execution. Remote role with U.S. business hours, and direct accountability for end-to-end client health.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client operations and delivery in fast-moving environments.
• Strong background with cold email, outbound campaigns, and performance-driven outreach.
• Hands-on expertise in cold email strategy, deliverability, and copywriting.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and rely on data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own client operations for 20–30 active accounts, ensuring outcomes and retention.
• Lead campaign performance, diagnose issues, and optimize deliverability and messaging.
• Write and improve cold email copy, test approaches, and balance deliverability with results.
• Build scalable SOPs, playbooks, and QA processes for delivery systems.
• Collaborate with developers and outreach teams on infrastructure and automation.
