Qualifications

• Experience in deal operations, CRM management, or investor relations.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Ability to manage deal stages, pipelines, tasks, and follow-up workflows.
• Excellent written English and independent remote work capability.
• Availability during EST business hours.
• Experience coordinating multiple opportunities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deal pipeline in HubSpot CRM with accurate stages and notes.
• Track inbound deal and investor interest and follow-ups.
• Prepare and organize deal materials, updates, and reports.
• Coordinate investor meetings and leadership calls.
• Manage Excel/Google Sheets deal trackers and dashboards.
• Draft professional investor follow-up emails.
• Ensure CRM records are clean and up-to-date.
