Job summary

Pavago is seeking a LinkedIn Ads Specialist to plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing LinkedIn campaigns for multiple B2B clients. This fully remote role follows EST hours, with a focus on lead generation and campaign efficiency.

You'll own end-to-end lifecycle from audience strategy to reporting, manage 10–15 client accounts, and work with data-driven insights to improve CPL, CPC, and ROAS. Strong analytical skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage LinkedIn campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Develop audience targeting strategies based on objectives and buyer personas.
• Test ad formats, messaging, and offers to maximize performance.
• Monitor daily performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to clients.
