You will drive recipe standardization, ensure food safety compliance (HACCP), and stay ahead of trends while collaborating with operations and client services to align offerings with market demand.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Culinary Developer.
• Proven ability to develop and standardize recipes for high-volume catering.
• Exceptional virtual communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of innovative and diverse catering menus for various event types and client needs.
• Create detailed, standardized recipes and cooking instructions for operational teams.
• Provide virtual culinary training and support to catering partner chefs and kitchen staff.
• Establish and enforce rigorous food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards across all operations.
• Conduct virtual taste tests and recipe evaluations to ensure culinary excellence.
• Stay abreast of emerging food trends, ingredients, and culinary techniques, translating them into practical catering applications.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and client services teams to ensure menu offerings align with market demands and client expectations.
• Develop cost-effective menu solutions without compromising on quality or creativity.
• Create culinary content for training materials, online platforms, and marketing collateral.
• Troubleshoot culinary challenges remotely and provide expert guidance to on-site teams.
