Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator for a remote role. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, reservations, and service requests with professionalism from a home office.

You will provide timely, accurate assistance via digital channels, maintain guest records in the CRM, and collaborate with a remote team to deliver a seamless guest experience from booking to departure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or guest relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
• Maintain guest records and update information in the property management system.
• Collaborate with other remote team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure.
