Placements24 seeks a results-driven Remote Performance Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic team. This fully remote role drives paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize ROI.

You will develop, execute, and analyze strategies, conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and conversion tracking, and report insights to stakeholders. A 4+ year track record in performance marketing and strong analytical skills are essential for driving revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing with paid acquisition focus.
• Proven expertise in managing significant advertising budgets and achieving ROAS/CPA goals.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign setup for PPC and paid social initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
• Manage advertising budgets to optimize spend across campaigns and platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and new advertising technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with overall strategy.
