Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, graduate focus.
• Proven ability to run graduate-focused campaigns.
• Excellent sourcing across online channels and social media.
• Strong remote communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tech.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement graduate recruitment strategies.
