Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, and narrative decisions, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

With 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, you will optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, track conversions with GA4, and craft 90-day roadmaps. This is a remote, full-time role working with US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up and verify conversions with GA4, tag manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
