Job summary

Placements24 partners with a prestigious golf club to appoint a Head Golf Professional who will remotely lead golf operations, shaping instruction, fittings, tournaments, and retail management. You will drive member engagement and ensure a world-class golfing experience from your location.

Ideal candidates have PGA certification, 5+ years of senior golf leadership, and a proven track record in teaching, fittings, and event management within a golf environment.

Qualifications

• PGA or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years as Golf Professional with teaching and operations experience.
• Expertise in instruction, club fitting, tournament management, and retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver golf instruction and player development programs, including virtual lessons.
• Organize and manage a calendar of member tournaments, events, and leagues.
• Oversee golf shop operations: inventory, merchandising, and sales.
• Lead club fitting services with advanced technology.
• Drive participation and revenue for golf programs.
• Maintain strong member relationships and address inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with course management to ensure optimal conditions and policy adherence.
