Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of golf course management experience.
• Proven remote team leadership experience.
• Strong agronomy and turfgrass knowledge.
• Excellent budgeting and P&L management skills.
• Proficiency in golf management software and communication tools.
• Able to manage complex projects and solve operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic operational plans to enhance course playability and member satisfaction.
• Oversee remote management of course maintenance, agronomy, and equipment.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Implement environmental sustainability programs for the course.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote events and increase rounds.
