The role requires a proven fundraising track record, exceptional communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while driving significant philanthropic impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in non-profit fundraising.
• Proven success in cultivating major gifts, grants, or sponsorships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with donor database management (CRM).
• Strong strategic planning, analytics and project management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to meet revenue goals.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward individual donors, foundations and corporate partners.
• Manage the donor lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
• Craft compelling fundraising appeals, proposals and reports for donor segments.
• Organize and execute virtual fundraising events and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate donor records and manage the CRM database.
• Analyze fundraising data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop fundraising messaging and collateral.
• Stay informed on philanthropy best practices and ethics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse donor base.
