Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising experience with targets.
• Proven remote fundraising plan development.
• Strong donor cultivation and relationship management.
• Grant writing, prospect research, and corporate partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a remote-first fundraising strategy.
• Cultivate major donors, corporate partners, foundations, and individual givers.
• Design and execute fundraising campaigns across online platforms, email marketing, and virtual events.
• Oversee the grant writing and reporting process, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
• Analyze fundraising data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fundraising materials and communications.
• Manage the donor database and ensure timely acknowledgments of gifts.
• Stay updated on fundraising best practices and trends.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the fundraising team.
• Track and report on fundraising performance to senior management.
