Placements24 seeks a Remote Fundraising Manager to expand our donor base and revenue using innovative digital strategies. You will lead online campaigns, cultivate major donors, and collaborate with marketing to produce compelling fundraising materials from a remote, globally distributed team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience, including leadership, and a strong track record in digital fundraising and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Philanthropy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience with at least 2 years in management/leadership.
• Proven success in achieving fundraising goals, preferably remotely.
• Expertise in digital fundraising strategies, online campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online and remote fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue targets.
• Manage digital fundraising campaigns across platforms (social media, email, website).
• Cultivate relationships with major donors, corporate partners, foundations.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities and donor segments.
• Organize virtual fundraising events and webinars.
• Analyze fundraising data and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop fundraising materials.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices.
• Stay updated on trends in digital/remote fundraising.
• Train and manage remote fundraising volunteers or junior staff.
