Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Fundraising Manager to lead digital fundraising initiatives for a global humanitarian organization. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize donor engagement, and drive revenue growth from home.

The role requires at least 5 years in fundraising with a digital focus, strong CRM and analytics skills, and the ability to manage a remote team across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Philanthropy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive fundraising experience with emphasis on digital/online strategies.
• Proven success in multi-channel fundraising campaigns meeting targets.
• Expertise in donor acquisition, cultivation, stewardship, and retention.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and digital tools (Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft persuasive fundraising appeals.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Deep commitment to humanitarian causes and mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online fundraising strategies, including campaigns, appeals, and peer-to-peer initiatives.
• Manage and optimize digital fundraising channels such as email, social media, and website donation pages.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Analyze fundraising data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategies.
• Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling fundraising content.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and partnerships.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management of campaigns, ensuring ROI.
• Stay current with best practices in digital fundraising and nonprofit management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a remote team of fundraising professionals.
