Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in Genetics, Genomics, Bioinformatics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of research experience in human genetics or disease genomics preferred.
• Proficiency with NGS data analysis tools and workflows (e.g., GATK, VCF analysis).
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement genetic and genomic studies using NGS technologies.
• Analyze large-scale genomic datasets (WGS, WES, RNA-Seq).
• Develop and apply bioinformatics pipelines and statistical methods for genetic analysis.
• Identify genetic variants associated with disease phenotypes and drug response.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on research projects.
• Present findings at scientific meetings and contribute to publications.
