Qualifications

• PhD in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in genomics research.
• Extensive hands-on experience with NGS technologies and library preparation methods.
• Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for genomic data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistical principles and their application to genomic data.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, crucial for a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale genomic experiments, including NGS library preparation and sequencing strategy development.
