Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, R, and Perl for genomic data analysis.
• Strong statistical knowledge and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform genomics experiments, including NGS library prep and data analysis.
• Analyze large-scale genomic datasets using bioinformatics tools and statistics.
• Develop computational approaches for genomic data interpretation.
