Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genomics, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in genomic data analysis, including familiarity with NGS data processing pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics, such as Python or R.
• Experience with bioinformatics tools and databases (e.g., BLAST, IGV, Ensembl).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis for genomics projects, including next-generation sequencing (NGS) data.
• Manage and maintain large genomic datasets and research databases.
• Assist in the design and planning of experiments and research studies.
• Interpret experimental results and contribute to scientific reports and presentations.
• Utilize bioinformatics tools and software for data processing and visualization.
• Collaborate with principal investigators and other researchers on various aspects of ongoing projects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in genomics and bioinformatics.
