Placements24 seeks a highly motivated Fundraising Manager for a leading national charity. This fully remote role focuses on developing and executing strategies to secure funding from individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.

You will lead a small team, drive major gifts, grants, events, and campaigns, while ensuring compliance and reporting. Strong written and verbal communication, donor relationship skills, and experience with donor management software are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising with success in major gifts, grants, and corporate partnerships.
• Ability to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for persuasive appeals and proposals.
• Strong donor relationship-building capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Experience with donor management software and MS Office; remote-capable work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual financial goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Write compelling grant proposals and manage grant reporting requirements.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns (virtual and in-person as appropriate).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners.
• Develop marketing and communications materials to support fundraising.
