You will manage end-to-end recruitment, engage with C-suite stakeholders, leverage advanced sourcing tools, and provide market insights to drive workforce planning in a distributed, modern work setting.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy, focused on senior-level placements.
• Experience managing multiple complex recruitment projects remotely.
• Expertise in employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity & inclusion strategies.
• Outstanding stakeholder management with ability to influence C-suite executives.
• Proficiency with modern ATS, CRM systems, and digital sourcing tools.
