Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Freight Forwarder or in a similar international logistics role.
• Solid knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency with freight forwarding software and TMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage international and domestic freight shipments via air, sea, and land.
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and trucking companies.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
• Track shipments and provide clients with status updates.
• Resolve issues or delays during transit.
