Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Freelance Creative Lead / Creative Strategist to shape the creative direction for three brands from remote South Africa. You will transform performance data and audience insights into actionable strategies, establish a structured testing framework, and drive efficient content workflows.

You will lead creative strategy, quality assurance, and content planning, collaborating with content creators and performance marketing specialists to ensure high standards and measurable

Qualifications

• At least five years in creative strategy, art direction, or leadership with performance marketing focus.
• Translate metrics and insights into scalable creative concepts.
• Experience building structured creative testing frameworks.
• Strong decision-making for final creative approvals.
• Excellent messaging, copywriting, and audience relevance.
• Experience leading cross-brand teams and prioritizing workloads.
• Fluent German for reviewing copy and concepts; strong English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy, QA, and content planning across three brands.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative recommendations.
• Develop and manage a structured testing framework with hypotheses and learnings.
• Define creative angles, hooks, and audience-specific messaging.
• Evaluate metrics and scale successful concepts across brands.
• Provide final approvals for assets and give actionable feedback.
• Own content pipeline and creative roadmap across brands.
• Partner with content and performance teams to align with business goals.
• Improve ideation, testing, evaluation, and process with structured workflows.
