Job summary

Mulilo is seeking a Remote Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead strategic financial initiatives from anywhere. You will develop sophisticated models, drive budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights to executives in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years in FP&A, strong modeling and forecasting skills, ERP and FP&A tool proficiency, and excellent communication for virtual leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or CFA designation preferred
• 7–9 years of progressive FP&A experience
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency with FP&A software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and remote communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis and long-range planning
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, and dashboards
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting methodologies
