Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL) and flight planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight data, performance metrics, and trends to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain complex flight scheduling models for optimal resource use and compliance.
• Monitor real-time operations, identify disruptions, and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with dispatch and planning teams to craft detailed flight plans considering weather and ATC.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, safety metrics, and KPIs for management.
