Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Aircraft Performance Analyst to join its global operations team. This fully remote role supports operations worldwide and requires a deep understanding of flight dynamics, fuel efficiency, and data-driven optimization.

You will analyze flight data, identify performance improvements, develop strategies to reduce costs and emissions, and report findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management or Mathematics.
• Minimum of 5 years in aircraft performance analysis or related flight operations analysis.
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics and fuel efficiency principles.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and flight data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight data to assess aircraft performance, fuel burn, and operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies for optimizing flight paths, altitudes, and speeds to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
• Identify trends in aircraft performance and operational parameters and report findings.
• Collaborate with flight operations and engineering teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain and update databases of flight performance metrics and operational data.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on aircraft performance analysis and optimization initiatives.
