Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote Driver Performance Analyst to join our logistics team in Bloemfontein, working entirely remotely. You will analyze driver behavior, efficiency, and safety data to identify trends and implement improvements across a distributed fleet network.

The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of fleet operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for management and HR to drive training and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Logistics, or Business Analytics.
• Experience in data analysis within logistics or transport.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect and analyze driver performance data from telematics, logs, and sources.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize trends for management.
• Identify KPIs related to efficiency, safety, fuel use, and schedules.
• Propose data-driven improvements to reduce costs and boost safety.
• Collaborate with fleet managers and HR to implement driver training based on insights.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and policies.
