Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar logistics/transportation role.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent remote communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a distributed team.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for fleet operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and effective vehicle and driver assignments.
• Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and overall compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Oversee accident investigations, insurance claims, and ensure all safety protocols are rigorously followed.
