Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Fleet Manager Assistant to support vehicle fleet operations from a remote location. The role involves scheduling maintenance, maintaining records, assisting drivers, and ensuring compliance, all with a focus on efficiency and safety.

You will work closely with the Fleet Manager and drivers, leveraging fleet management software and standard office tools to deliver accurate documentation and timely responses in a home-based setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide drivers with necessary documentation and resolve logistical queries.
• Ensure fleet compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Generate reports on fleet performance, costs and utilization as directed.
